Our goal is simple: help you stay informed clearly and verify every fact at the source. Here's what we do — and what we don't.
1. Source selection
We work with reference media and agencies in finance, technology, and general coverage. Finance and Technology tabs show only prestigious sources curated by the team (CNBC, TechCrunch, El País Economía, etc.). All also includes general front pages for a broader view.
2. Automatic aggregation
Each source is polled periodically via public RSS feeds. We extract headline, summary, date, author when available, and image when the source publishes one. If a feed fails, the rest keeps working: reading the site doesn't depend on a single source.
3. Editorial classification
We assign each article to a topic (politics, economy, technology, sports, etc.) using classification rules and, when applicable, a fallback based on the source section. Category helps navigation; it doesn't imply judgment on content.
4. Traceability
Every story on Veraz shows the source, publication date, and a direct link to the original article. The summary you see comes from the feed or excerpt published by the outlet; read the full text at the source.
5. What we don't do
- We don't invent facts or rewrite stories as if they were ours.
- We don't hide where information comes from.
- We don't block feed publication because of optional AI enrichment failures (when active, it's complementary).
6. Errors and corrections
If you find a broken link, wrong classification, or a source that shouldn't be in the catalog, write to soporte@veraz.app. We review every report and adjust feeds or rules when appropriate.
Where do the news stories come from?

Does Veraz invent content?
No. We don't generate facts or rewrite stories as our own. Each item shows the source and links to the original article.
How do I verify a source?
Each story shows the outlet name, date, and a button to read the full article on the source site.
